Bloody Mary: I always ask if they make the mix in-house or use a brand mix & Google the ingredients. So many hidden sugars unfortunately!Bacon: I mean, look how delicious! Instead of indulging on a brunch sweet like pancakes, bacon is my go-to treat.Frittata: Great option to switch up eggs. This one was made with mushrooms, bacon, goat cheese & topped with a spring mix. Location:Le Pain Quotidien, New York CitySteak & Eggs: One of my top options! I also replace the toast with a side salad. Location:Old Greenwich Social Club, Connecticut Poached Eggs with Smoked Salmon & Greens; This falls into my Pick & Choose menu method where I combine sides off the menu. Restaurants are pretty open to customization, just give a smile!Eggs Royale (Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict): No English MuffinClassic Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Bacon & Fruit instead of ToastBreakfast Tacos: I’m late to hop on the taco band wagon, but I’m obsessed! I always order mine on corn tortillas (not flour), my favorites come with eggs, some type of meat, pico de gallo & avocado! Location: Migas Taco from Torchy’s Tacos in Austin, TXBrunch Bowl: Move over burritos, bowls are the new hot food trend! This once has charred broccolini, brussels sprouts, kale, hummus, soft-boiled egg, avocado, & pickled shallots. Location: Brassicas Bowl from Two Handsin New York CityEggs & Hash: Pork Belly & Sweet Potato Hash, topped with 2 Sunny Side Up Eggs & Chimichurri Sauce. Location:L’estelle House in Austin, TX
